Kaikoura is famous for it's whale watching trips.  Throughout the year Sperm whale live off its waters.

However during other parts of the year, you can see other species of whales, killer whales and a whole

host of other sea life.

On our day the sea was pretty rough, thankfully we took some dramamine.  We were blessed to see

several sperm whales and to catch the prime shot of the whale diving down.
